Method of participation
The web pages are intended to be read in sequence. After completing the entire CME program, the participant should complete the on-line registration, evaluation and post-test, which will be electronically scored and the correct answers returned immediately. This activity can be completed in one hour and thirty minutes or less.

Accreditation statement
The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 2 credits of Category 1 towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council of Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.
